The Delftse Hout is a recreation area around the Grote Plas on the North western side of Delft. The lake was created through excavation of sand for some new housing areas. The camping Delftse Hout is situated on the South Western side of the lake.

Nudist recreation is permitted on a small area on the North Eastern side. The area is marked with two concrete pillars, with no further indication.
There is a footpath right along the Large lake.
There is a toilet block on the nudist beach, no other facilities. Although there is a kiosk 150 meters away on the textile beach.

The nudist beach has laying meadows, there is no sandy beach.
The swimming water has an area that is sectioned off with a depth of 1,50 meters, and is less suitable for children due to the high banks.
