East Midland Sunfolk was established in 1947 by Percy Wilford, one of the founding members of the Naturist movement in the UK.
The club has a license for 110 caravans with sites arranged amongst mature landscaped grounds with numerous trees and shrubs that create a pleasant outlook.
The secure nature of the site and community atmosphere creates an ideal situation for children to play safely at all times.
EMS is a non-profit making organization, and is run by a committee of trustees and members. They discuss ideas and projects, and in this way the club moves forward improving every year. In order to keep subscriptions low we expect members to help out with small jobs, this usually amounts to about half a day per month during the season.
The club is situated approx. 10 miles from Gainsborough and Lincoln, and is within an hour of Doncaster, Nottingham, and Sheffield. But is not easily reached by public transport.
