Nowadays more people are attracted to the idea of escaping from the busier resort areas of the Costas. As well as a more peaceful environment; the cave houses (casas cuevas) have more to offer than ever before. This new troglodyte trend is by no means a move back to the Stone Age. The 21st century Andalusian cave house is surprisingly well equipped with all mod cons, so as modern day cave dwellers we have not regressed to being Neanderthal. As well as the necessary water, gas and electricity supplies, we have a good broadband connection, swimming pool, bar and barbecue area.
